VINIFICATION

Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature for 15 days

A bright, fresh and fruity wine for a modern palate.  Made from Chardonnay grapes grown on our estate. Characterized by very intense notes of tropical fruit and a long, lingering finish.  Fresh on the palate, long and elegant in the mouth with a balanced, lively finish.

Brilliant, limpid, pale yellow

Very aromatic, tropical fruit, white peach, fennel

Fresh entry, high acidity, long and persistent finish
